Beautiful hotel in Parisian boutique style, very beautiful entrance. Upon arrival, we recalled our preferences indicated at the time of booking, the receptionist took them into account and gave us a room with a beautiful balcony and a view of the Arc de Triomphe. The room has a kettle and a tea and coffee set, which were updated every day. I was struck by the huge bathroom, which is quite unusual for a 3-star hotel in Paris. I was pleased with the bathroom set: ear sticks, cotton pads and a shoe sponge. Relatively large closet for things. The breakfast is quite good: different types of coffee from the coffee machine, tea, orange and grapefruit juices; delicious sausage and meat cuts, cheeses, fruit, milk flakes, bread, pastries, butter, jam. Croissants are tender, airy and very tasty. But no hot dishes (eggs or omelette, for example). On leaving, we forgot our wallet with money and all the documents in the lobby. The hotel staff called me the same day and informed me of the find. They locked my wallet in a safe before I arrived. Nothing was missing from my wallet. Thank the hotel staff for their honesty and care.

There is no table or chairs on the balcony - there is no possibility to have tea or coffee while enjoying the beautiful view of the Arc de Triomphe.

Comming from South Africa and not knowing Paris, it was alittle gem that we discovered. The location is ideal with access to both historic places as well as the Metro.The staff was friendly and assisted us in numerous ways. We will recommend this hotel to any traveller who require a comfortable room at affordable prices.

A quiet hotel in Paris with amazingly nice staff both at reception and in the breakfast room assisting service. Silent suite, extremely comfy beds. Particularly well equipped bathroom, wonderful breakfast. Early check-in, parking nearby. Easy parking, shuttle from the airport.

The hotel is fairly clean and nicely decorated. The staff is extremely helpful, and the beds are nice.- The room is beautifully maintained, air conditioned, and has great breakfast.- There are delightful courtyard views.- The hotel has an exceptionally nice location with a provided shuttle to the airport.

Very helpful staff. Offered to take our bags when room was not ready as we were 2 hrs ahead of agreed check in time. All staff helpful and friendly. Good location- close to Arc de Triomphe and metro network. Room small but well equipped; provided with tea/coffee making facilities, tv and free digital safe. Buffet breakfast available from 0730, good selection. In a nice setting at rear of bar/reception area.

The location here is fantastic with convenient parking nearby, in a good area close to popular sights and the local metro.

I love this hotel. The location is great. It is close to Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile and Avenue des Champs-Élysées. And the Air France bus can take you to the two airports in Paris. The Charles de Gaulle-Etoile subway station is also a big station connecting many lines.The reception is also very helpful.

The room is not big, similar as most hotels in Paris. The restroom is bigger than expected.
